What are the check-in and check-out times?

The standard check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and check-out at 10:00 am. It’s okay to check in after 2:00 pm, even late at night, as our reception is open 24/7. To extend the check-out period or get an early check-in, please inform the Reservations team through the email hello@parkproxibowral.com at least 24 hours prior to your check-in, as additional charges may be applied for late check-out.

Can I arrange early check-in and late check-out?

Does the hotel provide transfer from the airport?

Does the hotel have EV chargers on-site?

Yes, there are four EV chargers at Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral. To charge your vehicle, please download the Exploren app by scanning the QR code on the charger stations in the hotel carpark.

Are baby cots available and is there any charge?

We provide baby cots to our guests traveling with infants at AUD$40 per room per stay. Simply ask the front desk agent when check-in for arrangement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations are subject to booking conditions and must be made at least 72-hours prior to arrival. For more information please contact the hotel directly. Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

What forms of payment does Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

For Visa and Mastercard there is a surcharge of 1.1% and American Express at a surcharge of 2.55%
